Summary

CrowdsWhoCare is a national, online crowdfunding and crowdsourcing platform. It is the first platform of its kind in the Danish health and care sector and is targeting to connect those with innovative ideas with those that are willing to offer them financial and/or services support.

Here is how we helped CrowdWhoCare establish a thrust-worthy brand and gain exposure at a national level.

Challenge

The initial platform CrowdWhoCare was running its services failed to offer the expected results. The new and returning visitors stats were low and the solution lacked usability to guide users throughout the process. CrowdsWhoCare needed a facelift re-launch that will gain consumer’s trust and ease the administrative tasks.

Solution

Thrust-worthy branding
starts with quality

Muser Entertainment’s development team FVCmedia delivered a high quality custom crafted platform that achieved stakeholder’s goals and increased usability and users conversion.

Digital Strategy: A Coherent Roadmap

The foundation for the CrowdsWhoCare digital branding came from qualitative brand and technical research merged with fresh behavioural data. The consumer data pointed out the lack of flow logic and “bumps on the road” that forced users quit the crowdfunding and crowdsourcing process. Confusion around the CrowdsWhoCare identity discouraged new projects creation and pointed us towards the solution for the digital ecosystem.

Web Redesign: Increasing Usability & Accessibility

We started with a complete website redesign and WordPress-based rebuild that brought consumer-centric usability to the forefront, easing the crowdfunding and crowdsourcing process and user account data display.

Our adaptive rebuild integrates all digital platforms, putting projects and informational content to the forefront. Our simple, intuitive solution format also allows quick navigation and actions completion with ease.

A customised admin panel features projects and orders management and funding tracking while custom-built project landing pages are included to tout the ideas details through media, graphs and layered information.

Results

The results of our work were undeniable. Our brand new digital platform helped CrowdsWhoCare establish a thrust-worthy online presence.

Supported by Region Midtjylland and non-profit organisations MTIC and INNO-X, CrowdsWhoCare is now the “go-to” place where you can turn brilliant and useful ideas, that will help millions of people, into reality.
